Keelage Dues – Registered and licenced commercial fishing vessels
- All fishing vessels regularly fishing from the port £7.00 per metre p.a.
- All fishing vessels moored on pontoons (plus a above) £300.00 p.a
- Vessels calling at the Harbour to land fish or shellfish
- For first 48 hours after landing No keelage dues payable, only
landing dues at current rates
- After 48 hours – for every 24 hours £0.30 per metre
- Fishing vessels undergoing refit/engine repairs Additional charge of 100% of
(after 3 months being laid-up) published rates, pro rata, per

Fish landing and related dues
- All types of fish landed within harbour limits 2½% ad valorem
- Annual box/scale charge for local vessels regularly £125.00 per anum

Slipway Charges – local vessels
- Haul-up and first 48 hours £250.00
- Third 24 hours up to sixth 24 hours £15.00 per 24 hours
- Seventh 24 hours and every 24 hours thereafter £30.00 per 24 hours
- Overtime for haul-up/launch down At current rates
- Shipwrights costs for slipping As charged
Slipway charges – non local vessels or other vessels

Waste charges
- Disposal cost of garbage generated by the fishing vessel is met from dues
- Disposal of all other waste under the Port Waste Reception Facilities
Regulations 2003 will be charged at current rates.
All compounded charges are consolidated into an annual charge at the discretion of the Newlyn Pier and Harbour Commissioners.
VAT will be charged at current rates where applicable. |
